Purpose Driven Model is the name of The Word of His Grace Christian Fellowship New Members Orientation Class.  PDM will help educate you and prepare you as a new member for the work of the ministry.  Each new member will be provided with information about the history, structure, policies and procedures of the church.  This information will prepare each of you to become an active part of Vision of the Word of His Grace. 

PDM class is scheduled year round.  Classes will meet on Sunday mornings at 8:00 a. m. in multipurpose building #3.  At the end of each PDM rotation, there is a fellowship/job fair where each department, ministry and auxiliary will have the opportunity to engage prospective applicants; and the applicants will have a chance to interact with the members of the various organizations within the church in order to become employed.
